1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients and whisk until a thick but runny texture forms. Set aside. 2: Prepare a bowl with panko and sesame seeds, and line a full-size sheet pan with parchment paper. 3: Dip each shrimp in the wet mixture first, drain excess, and then dip in the panko mixture. Lay each one on the parchment paper. 4: Heat about 1 inch of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Fry each shrimp for about a minute per side or until golden. Drain on paper towels. 5: For the spicy mayo dip, mix mayo, sriracha, sesame oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
