A delicious and simple recipe for Tiramisu made with non-dairy ingredients. It features layers of lady fingers soaked in a coffee and hot chocolate mixture, topped with a creamy non-dairy whip and vanilla pudding mixture, and finished with a sprinkle of cocoa powder. Perfect for Shabbat or any dessert occasion.

1: In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine non dairy whip and vanilla pudding powder. Whip at high speed until creamy and stiff. 2: Combine coffee, hot chocolate powder and hot water in a deep plate. Mix until dissolved. Add the cold water. 3: Prepare your station: lady fingers, coffee chocolate liquid, cream and your dish. 4: Start with a layer of your cookies. Dip quickly in liquid and place in dish. Fill a full layer of cookies. Top with half the cream. Repeat cookie layer and top with remaining cream. 5: Sprinkle cocoa powder at the top before closing and refrigerating. Refrigerate at least 5 hours, or overnight.
