Arayes are easy-to-make finger food, perfect for gatherings. These tasty meat-stuffed pitas can be cut into triangles, making them ideal for a mishte table. This version includes minced beef, onion, cilantro, garlic, and spices, grilled to perfection and baked for a delicious finish.

1: Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, placing a wire cooling rack on top and spraying with non-stick spray. 2: In a mixing bowl, combine minced beef, cumin, salt, paprika, and lemon juice. 3: Process onion, garlic, and cilantro, then add to the meat mixture and combine well. 4: Slice pitas in half and stuff with the meat mixture. Then slice each half again to make triangles. 5: Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat, spray non-stick spray, and brush olive oil on the outside of each stuffed pita. 6: Char the meat on the grill, then transfer the pitas to the wire cooling rack and bake for 10 minutes. 7: Serve alongside tahini, Israeli salad, and cilantro.
