1: Tenderize your steaks on both sides. 2: Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the steaks. 3: In a large skillet, sauté your onions in oil on medium-high heat until translucent-brownish. 4: Add the mushrooms and cook down for about 3-4 minutes. 5: Push the onion/mushroom mixture to the side of the skillet and add the steaks one at a time to sear on each side. 6: Once seared, place everything in the skillet and add the cooking wine and soy sauce. 7: Add about 1/2-3/4 cup of water to cover half of the minute steaks. 8: Lower the heat and cover the skillet. 9: Cook for about 3-4 hours or until the steaks are fork tender.
