Matsa Crack is the best crunchy snack you can have during Passover made with matsa, margarine, brown sugar, and chocolate chips. This delicious treat is topped with your choice of chopped nuts, coconut, or dried fruit. It's easy to make and perfect for snacking during chol hamoed.

1: Preheat oven to 350°F. 2: Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 3: Place the matsa on the baking sheet. 4: In a small saucepan, combine margarine and brown sugar. 5: Mix continuously at medium heat until it bubbles, then leave for about 2 minutes to create caramel. 6: Pour the caramel quickly over the matsa. 7: Place the baking sheet in the oven for 15 minutes. 8: Once out of the oven, while still hot, sprinkle chocolate chips on it and spread using a spatula. 9: Sprinkle any topping of choice on it. 10: Set aside until the chocolate is completely hardened. 11: Break apart and enjoy!
