Transform leftover fruits into an amazing gluten-free dessert with ingredients you probably already have. This warm crisp is perfect for those freezing cold days and is sure to please everyone. It's simple, delicious, and can be served with ice cream or whipped coconut cream.

1: Preheat oven to 350F. 2: Cut apples and pears into small pieces and drop them in a non-stick pan with 3 tbsp of brown sugar; let soften at medium heat. 3: Add strawberries and raspberries, continuing to mix until raspberries form a coulis and the mixture thickens. 4: Add vanilla, cinnamon, and zest of lemon/lime/orange to the fruit mixture. 5: Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish and set aside. 6: In a mixing bowl, mix all leftover ingredients and pour on top of the fruit mixture, adding any desired toppings. 7: Place the baking dish on a baking pan to catch overflow, then place in the oven for 30-32 minutes. 8: Check for readiness; the fruits should bubble up, and the oats should crisp up.
