Transfer to another bowl and set aside. 3: Add egg yolks to stand mixer. Combine honey and 1/4 cup of sugar to the yolks. Whip until pale yellow, then add oil, non-dairy milk, and vanilla. 4: Add cake flour, baking powder, and salt to the mixer. Whisk until no lumps remain. 5: Fold in whites into yolks carefully.
