Authentic breaded fishballs made with minced salmon and whiting, seasoned and then breaded, paired with a flavorful tomato sauce. This dish is popular in Moroccan cuisine and is known for its unique texture and taste.

1: Saute onions in a pan until translucent. 2: Add garlic and brown everything. 3: In a large saucepan, combine tomato sauce, sliced pepper, lemon, and spices. 4: Once the onions and garlic are brown, transfer to the sauce and add cilantro. 5: Combine all the fishballs ingredients in a mixing bowl. 6: Prepare a bowl with beaten eggs and another with breadcrumbs. 7: Fill your frying pan with 1/2 inch oil and heat to medium heat. 8: Form fishballs, making them a little flat on top and bottom. 9: Dip in egg then breadcrumbs. 10: Fry on each side and transfer to sauce. 11: Once all fishballs are in the sauce, add about 3/4 cup of water and ensure every fishball is coated in sauce. 12: Cook on a low simmer, covered, for about 30-45 minutes.
