1: Use 600 g of dough for each babka. 2: Roll out the dough and spread Israeli chocolate spread on top. 3: Roll the dough as tight as possible. 4: Using a bench scraper, slice the roll in half lengthwise and twist it. 5: Place in a loaf pan and let it rest for about 20-30 minutes. 6: Sprinkle sugar on top, and optionally brush with egg wash. 7: Bake at 350°F for about 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden.
