A popular Moroccan cooked salad made in the oven without the mess of splatters and excess pots to wash. This method utilizes canned tomatoes and roasted peppers, combined with garlic and spices for a flavorful dish that resembles a jam.

1: Preheat oven to 400F. 2: Drain tomato cans and pour in a full size aluminum pan. Try to remove as much liquid as possible. 3: Wash roasted peppers very well under running water. Slice and add to tomatoes. 4: Mince garlic and add to the pan, along with all other ingredients. 5: Place in the oven for 6-8 hours, mixing every 20-30 minutes. Halfway, mash everything using a manual potato masher. It is ready when there is no more moisture and it looks like a jam.
