1: Start by heating a large pan to medium high heat. Add butter and let it slightly brown. 2: Add pasta and stir. Toast the pasta if desired. 3: Add water and salt and mix. Let the pasta cook until they rise to the surface and about half of the water is absorbed. 4: Add cream and mix. Let it cook down until most of the liquid is absorbed. Lower heat to a simmer. 5: Add cheese and mix. You can add more cheese if you'd like.
