1: Start by peeling your veggies and boiling them in a small pot. 2: Boil pasta according to package instructions. 3: Once the veggies are soft, drain and purée them with a hand blender. Put them back in the pot. 4: Add tomato sauce and spices and mix. Add almond milk and cheese and mix on a medium fire. 5: Once the sauce gets a creamy consistency and you don't see any more clumps of cheese, the sauce is ready! 6: Serve HOT and ENJOY!
