1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: In a small bowl, mix minced meat, onion, chopped cilantro, egg, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and oil together. Do not overmix. Set aside. 3: Mix sumac, zaatar, garlic powder, salt, oil, lemon, and honey to create a wet rub. 4: Rub the pargiot with the wet rub mixture.
