1: Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2: In the bowl of a mini chopper, mince 1 cup of hazelnuts until fine. Transfer to a bowl and mix with Nutella and egg yolk. 3: Using your hand, form balls placing a full hazelnut in the middle to resemble a Ferrero. 4: Cut long strips of brick sheets and brush with oil. Place a ball of the mixture and fold into a triangle. Use more oil to secure the end. Place on the baking sheet. 5: Repeat for all. Bake for 20-23 minutes. 6: Melt baking chocolate using a double boiler. 7: Once triangles are a little cooled, use a spoon to pour chocolate on a corner. Do not dip in chocolate because brick sheets can decompose and dirty your chocolate. Sprinkle hazelnut brittle on the chocolate. Lay down to cool.
