A creative dessert using puff pastry dough and any spread of choice, perfect for utilizing leftovers before Passover. The pastry is shaped into flowers and baked until golden.

1: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2: Cut puff pastry into 10 cm squares or use premade squares. 3: Make slits in the middle of each side, but not all the way to the middle. 4: Place 1 tablespoon of spread in the middle of each square. 5: Fold corners over the spread and pinch each piece to form petals. 6: Place the flowers on the parchment paper and repeat until all dough is used. 7: Brush egg on each flower and sprinkle sugar on top. 8: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
