1: In a blender, or in a food processor, blend walnuts, almonds, and dried fruits together until mostly grounded. Transfer to a mixing bowl. 2: Add eggs, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and orange blossom water. Using your hand, mix all the ingredients together very well. Using a glove helps. 3: Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 4: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a full-size baking sheet with parchment paper. 5: Form balls with the dough. Dip in icing sugar all around and place on the baking sheet. 6: Carefully press down a walnut on each ball so the cookie has a small round shape. Don't worry if the sides break a little. 7: Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool completely. 8: Optional: drizzle melted chocolate on top.
