An amazing Sea Food Feuilleté that's easy to make and packed with flavor, featuring a cilantro dressing that enhances the taste.

1: Start by boiling your piece of fish in water and about 1 tsp of lemon juice. 2: In a separate pot, boil potatoes, that are pre-cut in small pieces. 3: While everything is boiling, start flaking your mock crab and adding it to a mixing bowl along with the rest of the ingredients. 4: Once everything is cooked, drain and cool for a few minutes. 5: Flake the salmon and add to the mixture along with the potatoes. Set aside. 6: Roll out your puff pastry. You will be able to make 2 small rolls. The edges do not need to be perfect. 7: Add mixture in the middle of your pastry and fold. (For how to fold, refer to my shabbat cooking highlight). 8: Brush with egg wash and top with everything but bagel spice. 9: Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes. 10: Serve with the cilantro dressing.
