A delightful throwback ice cream pop inspired by childhood memories for the Shavuot holiday, featuring cannoli filled with a creamy blend and dipped in chocolate.

1: Start by whipping your whipping cream until stiff peaks. 2: Fold in gvina levana. 3: Transfer cream to a piping bag. Pipe cream inside cannolis, don’t fill until the top. 4: Place one cannoli on top of the other and insert the stick. Freeze. 5: Melt chocolate and coconut oil over a double boiler. 6: Gently cover the cannoli pop with melted chocolate using a spoon. 7: Place as little or as much sprinkles as you want. 8: Return to the freezer.
