1: Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2: Cream margarine, sugar, egg and vanilla at low speed in a mixer, using the paddle attachment. 3: Add flour. When dough forms, add chocolate chips. 4: Form about 1 inch balls and place on parchment paper. Freeze for about 30 minutes. 5: Prepare your frying batter by mixing all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add oil and gradually whisk in almond milk. 6: Heat about 2 inches of oil in a pot at 325-350°F. Dip cookie dough balls in batter and coat all around. Fry on one side and flip when brown. 7: Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and treat yourself.
