1: Start by heating a braiser at medium high heat. Once hot, add your oil to create a non-stick surface. 2: Sear your chicken strips on both sides in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan. 3: In the same hot braiser, add leeks and peas. Sauté until soft and leeks are slightly caramelized. Lower heat to a simmer. 4: Add in raw rice, pink salt, water, paprika, turmeric, and black pepper. 5: Return the chicken to the pot and cover. 6: Turn off the heat after 10 minutes and leave it covered for another 15-20 minutes. 7: Open, fluff the rice, and enjoy your casserole.
