This delicious fruit crumble cake is a beautiful combination of cake and a variety of fruits, including peaches, prunes, and blueberries, topped with a sweet crumble. It's perfect for any occasion and is sure to impress your guests!

1: Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray a springform pan with non-stick spray. 2: In a mixing bowl, place eggs and start beating with a whisk. Slowly add in the sugar while whisking until a thick texture forms. 3: Add in all other ingredients besides for fruits. Whisk until combined and smooth. Transfer batter into the pan. 4: Place the springform pan on top of another pan to prevent batter leakage in the oven. 5: Place fruit halves upside down and add blueberries while slightly pushing them down. 6: Combine crumble ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle on top of the cake. 7: Bake for about 90 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 8: Optional: Once cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
