1: For Shape 1, take 8 strands of 100g each and lay them in a crisscross pattern to start braiding. Four vertical strands should be placed side by side with a small gap, then four horizontal strands on top, alternating over and under the vertical strands. 2: Continue by folding the ends of the dough strands over each other to form the round challah shape. 3: For Shape 2, also use 8 strands of 100g each. Twist two vertical strands and place them on top of the horizontal strands, twisting the two horizontal strands interwoven with the vertical ones. 4: Fold the dough to create the round challah shape. 5: For Shape 3, use 3 strands of 150g each and braid them into a circular shape with a baking dish in the center to maintain the circular shape. 6: For Shape 4, place 6 strands, 3 vertical and 3 horizontal, in a crisscross pattern creating a woven effect, then braid and tuck under each side.
