Once they start sweating, add sweet potato and zucchini. Sauté everything for a few minutes. 3: Add tomato sauce, broth, lemon juice, and spices. Keep it on sauté mode to maintain heat, which helps the pressure go up faster. 4: In a mixing bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients.
