When pinching dough, it should stick slightly to your fingers. 5: Transfer to an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for an hour or until doubled in size. 6: Oil or lightly flour counter. When removing dough from bowl, stretch into a long log shape. 7: Slice dough into 12 equal pieces.
