A delicious mushroom quiche made with assorted mushrooms, onions, garlic, heavy cream, and eggs, perfect for mushroom lovers. It comes together quickly and is baked in a pie crust for a delightful meal.

1: Preheat oven to 350F. Poke holes in pie crust. Pre bake for 7 min. Set aside. 2: Heat oil in a non stick pan at medium high heat. Add onion. Saute until brown and translucent. 3: Add mushrooms and let them release all their moisture. Add garlic and green onion and saute until fragrant. 4: Transfer to a mixing bowl and let cool. 5: Add heavy cream, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix to incorporate. 6: Transfer to pie crust. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes, then broil for 3 minutes.
