Two delicious and easy chicken wing recipes perfect for Shabbat lunches or holiday gatherings. The first variation is a 'Shake N Bake' style featuring a flavorful marinade of ketchup, dijon, mayo, and sriracha, coated in seasoned panko. The second variation is sticky wings glazed with a honey-soy sauce mixture. Both are baked to perfection and sure to be crowd-pleasers.

1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a rack over it. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. 2: Prepare 2 large ziploc bags. In the first, combine ketchup, dijon, mayo, sriracha, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. In the second, combine panko and spices. 3: Toss chicken wings in the wet marinade bag and seal. Ensure they are fully coated. 4: Transfer wings to the dry ingredients bag and seal. Coat the wings again. 5: Place each wing on the rack and spray again with non-stick spray. 6: Bake for 45 minutes. 7: For sticky wings, place wings on the rack and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spray with non-stick spray. 8: Bake for 45 minutes. 9: In a pan, heat honey, soy sauce, and oil. Once bubbling, add wings and lower the heat to a simmer. Flip and mix until sauce coats the wings.
