Easiest one-bowl donut holes that come together quickly, perfect for Chanukah nights. These donut holes are made with a simple mixture of eggs, ricotta, and a hint of lemon zest, then fried to golden perfection. You can enjoy them plain or rolled in cinnamon sugar for an extra treat.

1: Combine eggs, ricotta, vanilla, rum, and melted butter and mix. Add lemon zest, sugar, flour, baking powder, and cornstarch.
