1: Beat nutri whip at high speed. 2: In a separate bowl, beat egg whites at high speed and add white sugar slowly. 3: Fold in egg yolks into nutri whip. 4: In a food processor, ground pecans and maple flakes. 5: In a pan, heat brown sugar, vanilla, half pecan mix, oil, and cocoa. When it reaches a boil, turn off fire. Let cool. 6: Fold egg white mixture into nutri whip. 7: Fold in mixture from the pan (not totally just to give the ice cream the twirl texture). 8: Place in a bowl and garnish with remaining pecan mix and grated chocolate.
