A simple and flavorful one-pan olive chicken recipe, perfect for those busy days. This dish includes chicken legs, green olives, garlic, preserved lemon, and spices, making it a presentable and tasty option for holidays.

1: Preheat oven to 350F. Line a full size foil pan with parchment paper. Place your chicken in it. 2: Arrange olives, garlic, preserved lemon and red peppers all over the chicken. 3: In a small bowl, combine oil and spices. (Note that salt is not included due to the saltiness of preserved lemon and olives.) 4: Brush the mixture all over the chicken, including between the skin and flesh for more flavor. 5: Add water over the chicken. Cover tightly and bake for 2 hours. Then, uncover and bake for an additional 40 minutes.
