A delicious vegan veggie burger made with sweet potatoes, peas, chickpeas, quinoa, black beans, and spices. This healthy burger is easy to prepare and bake, perfect for a meatless meal.

1: Boil quinoa according to package instructions. 2: In a separate pot, boil sweet potatoes, then drain and mash them. 3: Drain chickpeas and peas, and mash using a mini food processor or by hand. 4: Optionally, mash the black beans but keep them mostly whole. 5: Preheat the oven to 350°F. 6: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with non-stick cooking spray. 7: In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. 8: Form the mixture into burger patties and place them on the baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each burger. 9: Bake for 25-30 minutes, then remove and let cool for about 5 minutes. 10: Build your burger as desired and enjoy!
