Delicious chicken meatballs, inspired by Moroccan 'boulettes panées', made with minced chicken, onions, potatoes, and spices. These meatballs are easy to fry and simmer, making them a perfect dish for special occasions or family dinners.

1: Finely mince the onion and potato using a small food processor. 2: Oil the bottom of a pan. 3: In a medium size mixing bowl, combine minced chicken, potato and onion, egg, breadcrumbs, and spices (leave out 1 tsp turmeric). 4: Form small chicken meatballs and fill your pan, leaving some space between each meatball. 5: Start frying at medium high heat, turning the meatballs continuously so all sides brown. 6: If frying more, remove the meatballs and repeat the process. 7: Reduce heat to a simmer, add water, 1 tsp turmeric (or saffron) and salt. 8: Cover the pan and let them simmer for 30 minutes.
