A delicious Chicken Lo-Mein made with bucatini pasta, chicken, various vegetables, and flavored with sesame and soy sauce. The dish is quick to prepare, making it perfect for a weeknight dinner.

1: Boil water in a pot and cook pasta according to package directions. 2: Cut chicken into small pieces. Heat up a wok with both oils and sauté chicken lightly. Remove from pan. 3: Add all cut-up vegetables, except the spinach, to the wok and sauté until soft. Add spinach. 4: Transfer chicken to the vegetables and add seasoning and spices. Let simmer for a few minutes. 5: When the pasta is cooked, mix it into the veggie and chicken mixture. Add sriracha if not serving it to kids. 6: Serve hot and enjoy.
