A delicious and gooey brownie recipe perfect for Pessach, made with chocolate, margarine, and a mix of sugars. This treat is so rich and delightful that it will be a hit at any gathering!

1: Preheat oven to 350F. 2: Start by melting margarine and chocolate in a pot. Once melted transfer to a mixing bowl. 3: Add sugars and vanilla then mix. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing in between each one. 4: Add in matsa meal, potato starch, cacao, salt. Mix until homogenous. 5: Fold in chocolate chips and nuts, if using. 6: Bake for 15-17 minutes. Brownie should not be fully cooked when out of the oven, as it continues to cook while cooling.
