Dill Salmon with Broccoli and Potatoes

A simple and healthy sheetpan dinner featuring salmon, broccoli, and potatoes. It's quick to prepare, requiring minimal cleanup, making it perfect for weeknight dinners. This dish is also great for leftovers, just add more salmon for next day's lunch!

1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: On a full size sheetpan, place broccoli on one side and potatoes on the other side. 3: Toss them with the seasonings and spray generously with non stick cooking spray. 4: Bake in oven for 30 minutes. 5: While the vegetables are roasting, marinate your salmon in all the seasonings. 6: Remove sheetpan from oven, place salmon in between both vegetables, and spray it with non stick cooking spray. 7: Return the sheetpan to the oven for an additional 15-17 minutes. 8: Enjoy your meal!
