tbsp oil

Instructions
1: Start by cutting your chicken breasts into small 1 inch size pieces. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup corn starch with 2 tbsp water. Add chicken and mix. Let it sit for about 15 minutes. 2: In a separate mixing bowl, combine all marinade ingredients except for corn starch and water. Set aside. 3: Mix the remaining corn starch and water in a separate small bowl. Set aside. 4: Heat a non-stick pan on medium high heat. Add oil. Add chicken pieces and toss every 10 seconds to give the chicken a chance to brown without sticking. 5: When chicken is partially cooked, add marinade. Mix until chicken is cooked and adheres to the sauce. Add corn starch mixture and mix until sauce thickens. 6: Remove from heat, topped with chopped scallions and/or sesame seeds and enjoy!View original recipe
