Hot Honey Feta Phyllo Bites

1: Preheat oven to 375F and grease a muffin pan with nonstick spray.

2: Layer 3 phyllo sheets with melted butter brushed between each layer.

3: Place a log of sticks of feta at the end side of the sheets and top with 4 tbsp honey, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

4: Roll the log in the phyllo sheets and slice into 12 equal sized pieces.

5: Place each piece in muffin tin or use a regular baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6: Top with sesame seeds and bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden.

7: Before serving, drizzle the remaining tablespoon of honey and sprinkle with chopped dill.
