Delicious Za'atar flatbread, perfect as a dip vehicle or enjoyed plain. A simple dough infused with za'atar oil makes this bread a Mediterranean delight.

What you need
cup flour
tsp yeast
cup warm water

tbsp olive oil
tsp salt
Instructions
1: In the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with a hook, combine all the ingredients, making sure not to place the salt directly over the yeast. 2: Let the dough knead in the mixer for about 5 minutes until soft and slightly sticky. 3: Transfer the dough to a clean working surface and knead for another 30 seconds. 4: Transfer to a bowl covered with a towel and let it rest in a warm area until it doubles in size. 5: Once doubled, preheat the oven to 475°F with an upside down baking sheet inside. 6: Separate the dough into 3 equal parts and roll each into a circle on a flat surface. 7: Mix the za'atar oil together and spread it evenly on each flatbread. 8: Transfer the parchment paper with the flatbreads to the preheated baking sheet and bake for 9-10 minutes.View original recipe
