1: Start by boiling pasta according to package directions. Make sure to salt your water. 2: Heat a pan to medium high heat. Add oil. Sauté shallot and garlic until fragrant. 3: Add beef and break apart. 4: Reduce heat to a simmer. Blend in the tomato paste then add tomato sauce. Season with oregano, paprika, and salt as well as lemon. 5: Add pasta water and mix it in before covering until pasta is ready. 6: Once pasta is ready, drain and mix into the sauce.
