Bite Size Shnitsel

1: Start by cutting your chicken breast into small finger-sized pieces and placing them in a bowl.

2: Add flour to the bowl and mix. Ensure the breast is well coated in flour, then add beaten eggs and mix.

3: Prepare another bowl with panko. Heat a large pan filled with 1.5 inches of oil at medium-high heat.

4: Carefully transfer egg-coated chicken pieces to the panko bowl, draining excess egg. Work in batches.

5: Fry the shnitsel once the oil is hot, and place cooked pieces on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

6: Continue dipping the next batch in panko while the previous batch is frying.
