1: Preheat your oven to 350F. 2: In a mixing bowl, start by whisking your eggs very well. 3: Add 1 cup of sugar gradually to the eggs to form a thick texture. 4: Add oil, orange juice, flour, baking powder, and vanilla and mix. 5: Fold in your blueberries. 6: Grease a rectangular loaf pan (you can make 2 with that batter) and pour your batter in. 7: Mix cinnamon with the tablespoon of sugar and sprinkle about 1/2 tablespoon per loaf. 8: Bake for 45-50 minutes.View original recipe
