Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Poke holes in pie crust. Pre bake for 7 minutes and set aside. 2: Heat oil in a non-stick pan at medium-high heat. Add onion and sauté until brown and translucent. 3: Add broccoli and let them release all their moisture, being careful not to overmix. 4: Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. 5: Transfer broccoli mixture to a mixing bowl and let it cool. 6: Add heavy cream, eggs, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix to incorporate. 7: Transfer the mixture to the pie crust, top with cheese, and bake uncovered for 35 minutes. 8: Broil for an additional 3 minutes.View original recipe
