What you need

cup all purpose flour
cup warm water
cup oil

cup sugar
Instructions
1: Mix yeast, a pinch of sugar and 1 1/2 cups of warm water at the bottom of your mixer. Let rest for 10 minutes. 2: Add beaten eggs and oil and mix roughly. 3: Add flour, sugar and salt. Mix for a few seconds to incorporate. Add 3 cups of warm water and let the mixer turn for about 5 minutes. 4: Turn off your mixer and do not touch the dough for a minute. 5: Transfer to a large bowl, cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 1 hour. 6: Form your breads, place on lined baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap and set aside for about 30 minutes. 7: Brush with egg wash, top with sesame seeds and place in the oven at 350°F for about 25-30 minutes.View original recipe
