Instructions
1: Start by slicing your onions and mushrooms. 2: Using 2 parchment papers, place the chicken cutlets in between and pound them using the flat side of a meat tenderizer. 3: Coat your chicken with kosher salt and black pepper. Heat up the oil in a pan on high heat. 4: Quickly sear your chicken cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan. 5: Add onions to the pan and sauté until translucent. Add mushrooms and sauté until everything darkens. 6: Add wine and scrape off the bottom of the pan. After about 2 minutes, add the chicken stock. 7: Return the chicken to the sauce in the pan and cover for about 20-30 minutes on medium-low heat. 8: The chicken will be ready when it is fork tender.View original recipe
