Chicken Wings

Two delicious and easy chicken wing recipes perfect for Shabbat lunches or holiday gatherings. The first variation is a 'Shake N Bake' style featuring a flavorful marinade of ketchup, dijon, mayo, and sriracha, coated in seasoned panko. The second variation is sticky wings glazed with a honey-soy sauce mixture. Both are baked to perfection and sure to be crowd-pleasers.

cup soy sauce

tsp sumac

tsp garlic powder

tsp black pepper

cup honey

tbsp ketchup

tsp paprika

tsp onion powder

cup mayonnaise

tbsp dijon mustard
tbsp oil

lemon juice

tsp sriracha

cup panko
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a rack over it. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. 2: Prepare 2 large ziploc bags. In the first, combine ketchup, dijon, mayo, sriracha, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. In the second, combine panko and spices. 3: Toss chicken wings in the wet marinade bag and seal. Ensure they are fully coated. 4: Transfer wings to the dry ingredients bag and seal. Coat the wings again. 5: Place each wing on the rack and spray again with non-stick spray. 6: Bake for 45 minutes. 7: For sticky wings, place wings on the rack and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spray with non-stick spray. 8: Bake for 45 minutes. 9: In a pan, heat honey, soy sauce, and oil. Once bubbling, add wings and lower the heat to a simmer.
