Chocolate Mousse
Serves 410 mins prep20 mins cook
A delicious and easy 2-ingredient chocolate mousse made with good quality chocolate and fresh gala apples. The apples add natural sweetness, moisture for a creamier texture, and a fruity contrast to the rich chocolate, with their slight acidity balancing the chocolate's richness.

Instructions
1: Place all your diced apples in a saucepan. Add enough water to submerge the apples. Boil until soft and 'mashable'. Pour out most of the water, leaving some at the bottom of the saucepan. 2: Melt your chocolate. If using a microwave, melt with increments of 30 seconds, mixing each time. If using a double boiler, remove as soon as chocolate is melted. 3: Combine melted chocolate and soft apples into a blender. Blend until creamy. 4: Pour into desired dish. Set in the fridge until cold and firm. 5: Top with fruit, mint, powdered sugar, or anything you’d like. Enjoy!View original recipe
