1: Start by boiling your pasta in salty water, according to package directions. 2: While pasta boils, start making your sauce: blend all sauce ingredients in a blender. 3: Heat a pan over medium high heat. Add oil. Fry onion until translucent. Add peppers and zucchini and continue frying until nice char forms. 4: Lower heat to a simmer. Add sauce to vegetables to heat.
