Instructions
1: Start by preheating oven to 350 F. 2: Heat a pan to medium high heat. Add oil. Fry onion until translucent. 3: Add frozen spinach and cook down until no more water remains. Let it fully cool. 4: Poke a few holes in your pie shells using a fork. Par-bake for 10 minutes. 5: In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, heavy cream, feta, salt, garlic and pepper. Mix until combined. Mix in the cooled spinach mix. 6: Pour in your par-baked pie shells. Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top. 7: Bake for 45-55 minutes, until the middle of your quiche is fully set.View original recipe
