cup flour

egg yolk

tsp salt
cup oil

tsp vanilla

tsp baking powder

tsp almond extract

1: Preheat oven to 350F. Line a full size baking sheet with parchment paper. 2: In a mixing bowl, combine eggs and sugar and whisk. Add in oil, vanilla, and almond extract. 3: Add in your flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix using your hand until a dough forms. Add your nuts and dried fruit and mix them in. 4: Separate dough in 2. Form logs and press down on baking sheet forming two long flat rectangular shapes. 5: Brush with egg yolk. Bake for 16 minutes.
