Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 375°F. 2: To make pistachio cream, blend salted pistachios, oil, confectioners sugar, and vanilla extract in a high-powered blender until smooth. 3: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt margarine with semi-sweet chocolate chips. 4: In a mixer bowl, beat eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until smooth. Add the melted chocolate mixture and mix until smooth. 5: Gradually add in flour and a pinch of salt. Let sit for 10-15 minutes to thicken slightly. 6: Spray ramekins with oil and spoon half the batter evenly into the ramekins. 7: Place a heaping tablespoon of pistachio cream in the center of each cake and cover with the remaining batter. 8: Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm and center is barely set. 9: To make ganache, heat whipping cream until hot, then mix in chocolate chips until smooth. 10: Once cakes are done, drizzle with ganache and top with toasted kataifi and chopped pistachios.View original recipe
