Instructions
1: Slice spaghetti squash lengthwise and remove seeds. 2: Sprinkle salt, pepper, and oil on the inside of the squash. 3: Place the squash face down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 400°F for 45 minutes. 4: While the squash is cooking, sauté sliced onion in some oil. 5: Add ground beef and spices to the onion and cook until the meat is done, then remove from heat. 6: Remove the spaghetti squash from the oven and scrape the flesh with a fork, leaving only the skin. 7: Use a towel to drain the remaining water from the squash flesh. 8: In a baking dish, layer spaghetti squash, the meat mixture, and marinara sauce and repeat until finished. 9: Cover and bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes.View original recipe
